Shipping policy

Every MaSon Sable piece is crafted individually and prepared for shipment once it has passed final inspection. Because each item is made to order, production and shipping times may vary slightly from piece to piece. This approach allows us to maintain the level of quality and detail expected from a limited-edition luxury brand.


Once your order is completed, it will be packaged and shipped directly from our production studio. Shipping times depend on your location and the carrier’s current processing speed. Most customers receive their items within a reasonable delivery window once the order has left the studio.


You will receive tracking information as soon as your package is on the way. Tracking details may take a short moment to update after the carrier has scanned the item.


Please note that MaSon Sable is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, or events outside of our control. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. If an issue occurs during transit, we encourage you to contact the carrier directly with your tracking number, while we remain available to help guide you through the process.


Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.


If your package arrives damaged or with an issue related to craftsmanship, please contact us within a short window after delivery with clear photos so we can take care of you. We want every MaSon Sable piece to reach you in perfect condition.
