MaSon Sable Return & Cancellation Policy
Every MaSon Sable piece is crafted individually and made to order, ensuring each item is a one-of-a-kind work of art. Because of this bespoke process, our return policy is intentionally structured to protect the integrity of our craftsmanship.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has entered production.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel an order within 4 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After this window, materials and production are initiated and the order becomes non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide clear photos of the issue so our team can review and resolve it promptly.
We will repair or replace the item at no cost to you.
Quality Guarantee
Every item is inspected before shipment. Slight variations in texture, placement, or coloration are natural characteristics of handmade production and are not considered defects.
